Old NOTD: to celebrate my last day of internship at UP Your Service! Global

My Summer holidays concluded with a bang as I went to work on my last day at UP Your Service! Global. It was a great and fantastic experience, very positive and indeed uplifting :) I love my colleagues there, it was fun working there! And as the company colours were blue, red and white... I did my mani in those colours too...

Yeah, they dont really belong together in a set lol. But well, I was trying out the reds hehe. Used a number of polishes here.

And the right hand... Horrendous but for the thumb lol.

Well I urge you to look at them separately lol  and I treated this as a freehand nail art experiment muhahaha :D

This shark poster was on my desk since I arrived. Really cute although I was a little intimidated at first lol. :D I miss you, sharkie!

And this is an awesome view from 31st floor. We are a 'home office'. :) Taken just before the thunderstorm! I love the peaceful serenity and awesome sea breezes from the office. :)

Polishes used: Orly La Playa, Orly Red Carpet, SKINFOOD Pedicure Sparkle in silver, SKINFOOD Nail Vita in RE107, Rainbow white polish, Fake OPI as the glitter topcoat.

my 2nd franken!

this is my 3rd time frankening, but my first loved attempt! take a look..

did u see the awesome green shimmer?? :)

these are applied over one of my NOTD- Color Club's High Society.. They are sheer on their own, needing abt 3 layers to be fully opaque.

and upon closer inspection, there's red shimmer too... and the huge amt of polishes I used for this franken :) The one that looks white is an iridescent polish that shines green... And the blue one is my fave blue metallic shimmer polish from THE FACESHOP :)

How do you find this franken?

I havent named it yet.. but maybe - Carbon Christmas. lol, lame i know :P hehe

school starts tomorrow! cant wait!

blast from the past!

here are the manicures I've done for the past few weeks...

this is a blue holo i purchased from Daiso... it was thick so it is lumpy :P but the colour is a nice baby blue base with scattered holo :) i think u see visible tipwear here... not so obvious in real life :P

this is a pretty olive green with gold shimmer... from OPI. but it came without a label. I need help!! anyone can suggest the name of this colour??
i added a coat of olive green glitter with holo hexagons :) as an accent nail.

this is my latest manicure! i kinda love it but not too much.

love this for the bluish-green colour that i came up with from a purple-blue base :)

its abt 4 layers. 

this is a more accurate colour with the green showing... the glitter (holo) shows best under dim lights :)
